We have crossed the half way point! After 2 plus months of dieting, there are only 9 weeks until show day! This is nerve racking, but also so so so exciting! I have tunnel vision and nothing is going to stop me form this point. My macros have been on a steady decrease (which sucks!!!) and I am now currently eating 1810 CAL, 225 Carb, 120 Protein, 45 Fat. I’m also sitting at a morning weight of 148 lbs which makes my weight loss total 12.8 pounds!! This means I have been loosing an average of 1.4 pounds a week, and my body has been reacting very well to the current diet. I have found myself to have lower energy, which is to be expected, especially because I have increased cardio to 4-5 times a week, but the absolute biggest struggle for me the past two weeks has been volume! I feel like most of my meals are just tiny snacks so I never feel really full and then I am super hungry shortly after. There are some meals that I’ve found to help with this like sweet potatoes and oatmeal with chia seeds. My goal for this week is to increase the amount of vegetables in my diet because you can eat a lot of volume for a very small amount of calories. I have a whole folder of veggie recipes to try this week that I will most definitely share with all of you if they are as delicious as I expect them to be. Since I haven’t actually shown any of my current progress from my prep so far, I’m dedicating this post to my progress thus far!
