Full day of Eating! Tues. March 21, 2017

Meal 1 - Breakfast: Small bagel with my morning coffee
Meal 2 - pre-workout snack: English muffin maple french toast flavor (so good)
Meal 3 - Lunch: Basil pesto chicken breast, Basmati rice, fat free shredded cheese, mini naan bread with garlic pepper, enlightened frozen hot coco ice cream bar
Meal 4: 2 packs of sugar free instant oatmeal and 2 containers of vanilla greek yogurt
Meal 5 - snack: 2 light string cheeses, 2 servings of goldfish
Nighttime snack: another enlightened frozen hot coco ice cream bar (because I can)
Final macros: 1946 calories - 136 Protein - 247 Carb (37 sugar) - 46 Fat
End of day thoughts: I probably should have included some more whole foods and at least one vegetable and one fruit, so tomorrow I will be more diligent with including more micronutrients into my diet. Today I was on the run and had to make my meals pretty quick and have them available on the go. Where as this day was filled with snacks, it was very low sugar, and I stayed extremely close to my macros and that is always the end goal!
