Breakfast -

1 Egg

1 English muffin

1 Slice of Canadian Bacon

1 Slice of Fat Free American Cheese

Lunch -

English muffin

1 TBS Peanut Butter

100 g Blueberries (I like to heat them in the microwave for 1 min until the berries pop and it will make a jelly!)

Dinner -

1.5 serving Barilla Protein Pasta Plus

Cherry Tomatoes

Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts

Onions

Spinach

Grilled chicken

45g Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese

Garlic pepper

1/2 TBS Olive oil

Snack -

Protein brownie batter (recipe in a previous blog post) w/ 1 Banana, 7g Chocolate Chips, & 1 TBS Peanut Butter

1 egg scrambled with Brussel Sprouts and OnionsFinal Macros: 1,615 Calories - 177 Carb - 126 Protein - 45 Fat
