I don't know about you but I'm always going to eat cookie dough over cookies. Similarly, unbaked brownies are the creme dela creme! So here is my amazing, let me emphasize AMAZING brownie batter recipe that is flexible to fit virtually any of your macro needs. There are only 4 KEY ingredients:
- 1 scoop quest salted caramel protein powder (this is the most important!)
- 1 TBS unsweetened coco powder
- 1 TBS any flour (I use almond flour)
- any milk (I use cashew milk) added slowly until it reaches a thick batter consistency
With the basic ingredients the macros are: 150 calories, 4 carbs, 4, fat, 24 protein
You can add so many things to make this recipe your own. Some of my favorite added ingredients are chocolate chips, peanut butter, PB2, honey, cinnamon, banana and coconut oil. Once you have your batter, pop that baby in the freezer for about 10 mins then enjoy!
Pro tip: mix together the 4 key ingredients, add 1/2 banana, 1 TBS white chocolate flavored peanut butter, 1/2 serving of semi sweet chocolate chips. This makes the best chunky monkey brownie batter that is to die for! The finished product is 300 calories, 24 carbs, 13 fat, and 27 protein.
