Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti Squash

This is (I promise you) the BEST spaghetti squash recipe out there! This is a high fat low carb meal and ideal for a carb cycling diet.

1. Preheat your oven to 375° F

2. Cut your spaghetti squash in half long ways and scrape out the seeds

3. rub olive oil on the inside halves of the squash and lay flat on a baking sheet (peel side up)

4. cook in oven for 50 mins

5. in a skillet simmer 3 tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of butter and 3 cloves of garlic

6. lightly coat your shrimp with cornstarch and let cook in the skillet until cooked thoroughly

7. Serve with salt pepper and some slivered almonds
