Sometimes we don't have the time or resources to get to the gym! I get it we're all human and we get BUSY! I hope this workout can encourage you to get moving in your own home without any fancy equipment. I made "weights" out of random things in my house and there are even more things you could use! A great idea is to use gallon jugs filled with water as your weights and therefore you can adjust how heavy or light you want the weight to be! Get up and get moving there are NO excuses, you got this!
Home Booty Circuit:
You can repeat this circuit as many times as you want! I would suggest for beginners start at 2-3x. This gets your heart pumping and your legs will be sore, but you'll get the booty gains!
All exercises for 10 reps each - pulses are all 10 seconds each
1. Overhead weighted squats (modified: body weight)
2. Sumo stance squats with pulse
3. Jump squats
4. Straight leg dead lifts (advanced: single leg)
5. Jump lunges (also called Bulgarian split squats)
6. Curtsy Lunges
7. Glute kick backs with pulse
8. Pulse lunges
9. Ski Lunges
CARDIO
1 min of knee ups
1 min of jumping jacks
REPEAT!
All of these exercises can be done with weight or bodyweight! Go to your ability! You can also mix and match these movements with your favorite exercises to make new workouts and keep things fun! I hope this is a helpful workout!
