Week 1 - It's Just the Beginning

The first day of prep, March 1st, started out fairly difficult. I was extremely nauseous and it was hard to get any food in at all. My current macros for the starting 2 weeks of the cut are:

3 days of
2100 Calories
135 Protein
125 Carb
118 Fat
1 day of
2000 Calories
150 Protein
250 Carb
45 Fat
Where as these are quite extreme macros, it is only for a short period of time that I will be at this large of a swing in the carb cycling. Currently I am doing cardio 3 times a week for 20-30 mins at a time. My energy levels have been good, and I have been eating a lot of eggs and sausage which seems like the opposite of prep food, but are quite helpful on this high of a fat diet. My goals for this next week are to have higher intensity workouts and reduce my caffeine intake as much as possible. I've been hitting my macros very carefully and haven't had any crazy cravings except for carb sources but I have been assured that after these first 2 weeks my carbs will increase.
