Close grip rows
Wide grip rows
Underhand rows with wide bar on a cable row machine – 3 sets
Overhead cross cable lat pulls sitting on ground – 4 sets
Concentration preacher curls – 2 sets
Hammer curls – 2 sets
Angled curls (hands away from body) – 2 sets
